I worked with Harold at Western Construction on the Trans Labrador Highway. This was back in 1986. I have many fond memories of him and the stories he would tell. Rest in Peace Harold. To his family my sincerest condolences.
My condolences to the family. I work with Harold at IOC while we both were at the Dewatering department. It was a pleasure to work with him. A lot of laughs over the years. Harold always stopped if he seen me in my driveway or anywhere for chat. Hie always said Tobin , Tobin what you at today. I went to see him at hospital last week the first thing he said was take home Tobin. Well my friend it was great to know you over the years. RIP Harold.

Ruth, Cory, Shawn and families we are so sorry for your loss. I’ve known Harold ever since I was a very young starting back to when my big brother was forced to take me over near your house to watch the boys play hockey in the cup de sac. A memory that he never forgot too.. often times when he ran into each other in town he would bring it up and we both would have a chuckle… good man. All the best!!
