Obituary of Carrie Gladys Boone

It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Carrie Gladys Boone announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the age of 64 years. Left to mourn with cherished memories are her husband of 45 years, Neil Boone; son Jason (Maegan) Boone; grandchildren Zander & Hunter Boone; mother Eliza King; brother Robert (Sybil) King; sisters Bernece (Jim) Walsh & Bonnie (Jason) Mills; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Carrie was predeceased by her father Wilfred King and in-laws Emma and Grenfield Boone. The family would like to send thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff of the Labrador West Health Center and the Health Science Center in St. John’s for all their care and compassion during Carrie’s time there. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on November 13,2025 at Glad Tidings Church, Service will be lived streamed from Glad Tidings Facebook page.
