Obituary of Edna MacDonald

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marie Edna MacDonald announce her passing on November 8, 2025, at the age of 74 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Edward MacDonald; daughers Sonya (Aiden), Michelle (Dustin), and Shannon (Shannon); grandchildren Shaylynn, Devyn, Mitchell, Jacob, Logan, Cheyenne, and Wyatt; great-grandchildren Ethan, Isacc, and Baby Newman; brothers Russell, and Gerry; sisters Patricia, Geraldine, Joanne, and Brenda; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Edna was predeceased by her parents Rita and Dennis Leblance; brother Cyril "Pat" Leblance and Baby Russell Leblance. A celebration of life for Edna will be held at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, November 13th, 2025, at the Royal Canadian Legion in Wabush, NL. All are welcomed to join the family to share memories and celebrate her life. The family is requesting no flowers at this time.
