Aunt Jenny ... I will never forget growing up in Lab City with my Blundell family. It was a special time, and one that Aunt Jenny and Uncle Eric helped make so special. As Christmas comes every year, I always think about Christmas dinner in their basement with everyone happily squeezed around the nicely disguised pool table, the constant passing of food and drinks back and forth, the never-ending debate about the room temperature, the cousins wondering if anyone woould hurry up and say Grace so we could start eating, and of course the 3 hooligans that would fall asleep after supper while all the women took turns washing dishes! That is, except for one very special Christmas that Uncle Eric decided to break all tradition and put on Aunt Jenny's apron and rubber gloves and went to work! I will never forget the laughter and smile Aunt Jenny had as she watched him muddle through the dishes with a smirk on his face. Aunt Jenny, I will always remember you and hold many wonderful memories of your special love for family and friends.
