Obituary of Howard William Winters

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Howard Winters announce his passing on December 28, 2025, at the age of 74 years. Left to mourn, with fond loving memories, are his wife, Jocelyn; children Mike Winters, Arlene Michelin, and Natasha Humphries; grandchildren Teagan, Locklan, Brendan, Ellie, Dylan, Mason, Amber, Brianna; great-grandchildren Amelia, Swayer, and Penelope; siblings Edna (Cliff), Harry, Lloyd, Richard (Jody), Irving (Annette), Loretta, and Perry (Bunty). Howard was predeceased by his father Howard Winters; son Roger Winters; Beloved father figure Lawrence Mugford; Mother Hilda Mugford, in-laws Raymon and Betsy Whalen; sister-in-law Haz Mugford; and brother-in-law Francis Blake. Funeral Service for Howard will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church with Reverend Rowena Payne officiating.
