Obituary of Paul Power

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Paul Power announce his passing on December 30, 2025, at the age of 71 years. Left to mourn, with fond loving memories, are his daughter, Rebecca, two sons, Chris and Michael, grandson Lochlan, as well as countless other close family and friends both here and abroad. After enjoying retirement in Portugal for the last number of years, Paul decided to return home to Newfoundland to be closer with family and friends in 2024. Paul was predeceased by his father Michael, mother Irene, and both of his dear brothers Danny and Mike. Paul’s final resting place will be with his two brothers alongside their mother and father. A celebration of life and private burial will be held at a later date. Announcements will be made when dates are confirmed. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all of the incredible staff with Eastern Health of whom showed nothing but kindness, compassion and care for Paul as he continued to charm and entertain every person that contributed to his care over the last year.
