Obituary of Leon Wiseman
It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Leon Wiseman announce his passing on March 22, 2026, at the age of 52.
Left to mourn with shattered hearts are his wife Kelly Wiseman; children Matthew Hunt-Gillingham and Monique Hunt-Gillingham; stepson Justin Doyle; mother of his children, Cicely Gillingham; granddaughters Willow Gillingham and Trinity Gillingham; brothers Richard Wiseman, Bradley (Eileen) Wiseman; Nathan Wiseman, Matthew (Renita) Wiseman, and Kenneth Hunt; sisters Tina (Ghislain) Duperre; Vanessa (Arch) Pardy and Hannah Wiseman; mother-in-law Clarice Webber; brother-in-law Jason Webber; family puppies Hazel, Winnie and special pup Molly; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parent Trixie and Nelson Wiseman and father-in-law William Webber.
Leon was a dedicated paramedic for 26 years where he has crossed paths with many people and found many friendships. He was a man who loved to tinker with things, whether it was to repair thing or build something new. He was a man who loved his family, his friends and his pups. His memory will live forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
Family and friends may visit from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Sunday, March 29th, 2026, at Temple's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2pm on Monday March 30th, 2026, at The Carol United Church in Labrador City. The funeral service will be live streamed from Temple's Funeral Home Facebook page.
