Obituary of Sylvia Brenda Hall

It is with much sadness that the family of the late Sylvia Hall (Squires) announce her passing on April 1, 2026, at the Labrador West Health Center at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband Arthur Hall; children Cliff (Melissa) and Trina (Byron); grandchildren Kevin, Brady (Sarah), and Taya; great-grandchild Weston; brothers Allen (Millie), Harvey (Leona), Don (Joan), Randy (Mabel), Larry (Elaine), and Kevin; sisters Sheila, Marion, Beulah, Rosalind (Tim) and a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Sylvia was predeceased by her parents James and Gladys Squires, parent-in-law Baxter and Verna Hall, brother Cyril Squires and brothers-in-law Allen Thompson and Gene Selig. Visitation for family and friends will take place at Temple's Funeral Home on Friday, April 3rd from 7-9pm. A celebration of life will be held at the Salvation Army Labrador West Community Church at 423 Bartlett Drive on Saturday, April 4th, 2026, at 2pm with Majors Reid and Phyllis Colbourne officiating. Interment to follow. The service will be live streamed from Temple's Funeral Home Facebook page. Donations in Sylvia's memory can be made to the Salvation Army Labrador West Community Church or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Special thanks to Dr. Duha and the nursing staff at the Labrador West Health Center, the Ambulatory staff for the care and compassion that was shown to all during Sylvia's short stay there. Also, to Temple's Funeral Home for the professional care and service during these very hard days and to those who have reached out in any way to the family in any way. Sylvia, Mom, Nan, Nannan, Sister, Aunt and Friend - your laughter and silly ways will be missed by so many. for now this is not a goodbye, but a see you later.
