Obituary of Vanessa Gail MacIsaac

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Vanessa Gail MacIsaac announces her passing on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the age of 47. Vanessa was a vibrant soul who left an indelible mark on everyone she met. She is survived by her loving mother, Marilyn MacIsaac (nee Gale); her devoted brother, Dean MacIsaac, and sister-in-law, Samantha; and her cherished nephews, Ewan and Liam. Vanessa also leaves behind her beloved dog, Sophie, who was her constant companion. She will be deeply missed by her "chosen family," Michelle and Ken Sinyard, and Michelle’s children, Randy and Terrianna, along with a wide circle of friends and extended family who became an integral part of her life’s journey. Vanessa was predeceased by her father, Gordon MacIsaac, and her mother’s husband, Lloyd Hillier. Vanessa was a woman who was beloved by so many. Her kindness, spirit, and the way she embraced her community will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. A Celebration of Life will be held at Temple’s Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. on May 23, 2026, in Labrador City. Family and friends are invited to gather to share memories and honor a life lived with heart.
