Obituary of Ivan Adolphus Russell

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ivan Adolphus Russell announce his passing on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at the Labrador West Health Centre at 9:40AM at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Judy Russell; children David (Kerri) Russell, and Beverly (Steven) Maher; grandchildren Aaron, Hayden, and Keyen; great-grandchildren Thea and Mabel; brothers Edward Hickey, Andrew (Gisele) Hickey, Gerald Russell, John Russell, Stephen Russell, Roderick Russell, Vincent Russell; sisters Helena Benoit, Sandra (Hardy) Russell, Alma (Neil) Martin, Emma Russell, Leah Russell, and Laurie Russell. Ivan was predeceased by his parents Reginald Russell & Angela Hickey; parents-in-law Ward & Edna Young; sisters-in-law Joy Young and Deborah Hickey. Friends may visit Temple's Funeral Home on Tuesday January 24rd from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, January 25th at 2:00pm at Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church in Labrador City with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House NL or to Labrador West Health Center (earmarked for Long Term Care) in Ivan's Memory.
