On august 1st we said goodbye to brother Pearce. He was what I would call a very quiet man with a great heart , a man of few words, but when he spoke those words meant a lot to whoever was listening ,I am saddened that I really got to meet him for a brief time In his life but for that short time I must say he was a man who cared deeply for those who were close to him most notably his siblings and children they were his life as well , his smile would shine bright when I asked about his grandchildren , he truly loved the outdoors fishing berry picking he told me about some of his adventures snaring rabbits and hunting partridge from what I gather from conversations he was a awesome painter and builder in labrador a job he did with pride, one thing I found out to lately that Pearce loved playing hockey in his younger days and a great player he was was not the biggest player but he sure could move on that ice , brother I hope now that you are with your other family that passed before you, in a much calmer and at peace until we meet again ,, the song. ,,,lead me home ,,is what I wish for you my friend and brother ,, love Mitchell

My brother Pearce we’re to begin ; you will be missed by us all. I going miss your stories and most of all your sence of humour He loved to tell jokes or torment in good fun. I will never forget one time I was not very old. I got a hole in my sock. I was complaining about it. Pearce says give it to me I’ll cut the hole out for you. Nieve child I gave him my sock oh yes he cut the hole out alright. A much bigger hole. well I was upset crying to mom. They all laughed she said well what you think was going to happen lol. And I remember . We had lot hand me downs even dolls toys. Pearce came home one day with a doll house for me and a walking doll for Jane well we hit the jackpot. That’s who he was very kind heart worked hard. Played hard lol. But loved his family Chrstal Shannon his grandkids they were is world. And Sheila Webber his love of his life forever. He loved hunting and fishing with his brothers they were there for him a lot help him out when they could , he loved hockey in his younger days. He really loved life , you will be sadly missed my brother. Never will forget our chats Always in our hearts now and forever. You. Rip. Fly with the angels that went before you love you always sister dale ,
