Obituary of Pearce Dale Hynes

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Pearce Hynes announce his passing on August 1, 2024, at the Labrador West Health Center at the age of 64. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children Christal (William) and Shannon (Shannon); grandchildren Katelyn, Jayden, Logan, and Cheyenne; brothers Victor (Debra), Paul, Roger (Soari), Roy (Denise), Gary (Catherine); sisters Emma, Lillian (Wayne), Ivina, Judy, Dale (Mitchell), Kathy (Derrick), Jane (Ross); As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pearce was predeceased by his parents Florence & Calvin Hynes; brothers Willy, Jerry, Allister; sister Isabelle. The family would like to thank the staff of the Labrador West Health Center for their care during Pearce's stay. Funeral service will take place in Happy Valley Goose Bay. Details for the service will be announced in the coming days. Pearce was a true Labrador man with love of being on the land, fishing, berry picking, and hunting. His world was his children and grandkids. He will be greatly missed.
